I have more than 20 years (2003-present) experience in Advising/ Consulting on matters of Organization-Employee Development, Corporate Events planning and execution. I was always interested in developing & generating new business ideas, preparing concept papers for the businesses as well as undertaking detailed research on issues and topics as per the needs and requirements of the client organizations. I was also intrumental in providing concept to commission services for major corporate events, including leading the teams for successful organization of the events.
